Carvery and Buffet Menu

Wattle Blossom Catering's roast meat, mains and sides buffet and carvery menu provides all your delicious food in one place for your guests to help themselves. Our chafing dishes will keep it piping hot for the duration of your event.

Everything is delivered hot, prepared and is set up ready for you to host your event without coming near the kitchen. You only need to supply the table*.  All of our salads and sides are freshly handmade by us using market fresh ingredients specially ordered for your event.

*Trestle tables can be hired if needed.

Once your guests have eaten, we will clean everything up and will be gone whilst you are still relaxing and enjoying the company of your friends and family.

Our salads are healthy, colorful and delicious. They are made daily from the freshest seasonal vegetables to optimize their flavour and qualities. They are perfect for a buffet or barbeque.
