Grazing Table Catering
Wattle Blossom Catering's grazing table is the perfect casual dining option that can be set up anywhere. It can take advantage of a beautiful view, if your occasion is outdoors, or indoors for either a formal or informal event.
It is suited to both small and larger functions where you want your guests to mingle and help themselves, at their leisure, to a variety of cured meats, cheeses and fruits that create an attractive conversation starter. The food is easy to eat and can be eaten whilst standing encouraging a relaxed atmosphere.
Your grazing table could be used to greet your guests as they arrive at your venue so we like to come in at least an hour earlier to set up.
Grazing Table orders include staff to set up*, all necessary props and platters, high-quality biodegradable sugarcane plates and serviettes.

For the break down of the table and pick up of platters you may choose to do it yourself and deliver the props back to our kitchen in Research. If you want our staff to return to clean up, then there will be an added cost for breakdown depending on the size of the table and a travel expense to return to your venue. Conditions apply. We can answer any queries when you make your booking.

A Table with the Lot
* Start from $20.50 per head or $24.75 if you would like to add smoked salmon & smoked trout - minimum 30 people
A table that gives something for everyone. Your table will include a taste of local and international cured meats and terrines, pates, cheeses, marinated vegetables, olives, dips, crusty fresh breads, seasonal fruits, nuts, crackers.

Portable Grazing Hampers
A delicious portable Grazing Hamper delivered to your door* or picked up from our kitchen in Research**. Suitable for 10 - 12 people as a starter and presented in a sturdy attractive hamper for you to take anywhere. Including environmentally plates and serviettes.
