Wattle Blossom Catering's - Going Gourmet menu is perfect for more formal occasions where you want to impress your guests with innovative and elegant canapes that have been made using the freshest of seasonal produce.

Our Going Gourmet menu is for that special occasion that adds a touch of class to your celebration. All of the canapes are handmade by our chef so flexibility and dietary requirements can be easily accommodated.

Unlike many other caterers, who charge per piece, Wattle Blossom Catering provide our canapes in portions. **Portion sizes can vary from 1-2 pieces depending on the  canape.

To Complete the night add a Going Gourmet Mini Dessert package.

We offer staff including chefs and wait staff to help your event run smoothly and leave you to enjoy your guests. All staff are professionally trained with the relevant qualifications and dressed in our uniform. Email us to confirm your staffing requirements for your event.

  • Bruschetta with tomato, avocado and Meredith Dairy goat cheese  with a twist of smoked salmon
  • Maple marinated salmon gravlax with dill and honey mustard mayonnaise on sweet potato roesti
